It’s happened to me at least twice now and usually comes on about 1.5 weeks or so into the change in diet. So, I want to share my experience in hopes that it can help others.

I was pregnant and diagnosed with gestational diabetes. With that diagnosis, I had to manage it beginning with my diet, which means going into a state of ketosis, managed by my doctor. I could eat some carbs, but not enough to rid my body of the keto rash.
